Wow, thirty years! Where has the time gone? After graduation I stayed in the San Diego area and have lived in Alpine for the past 14 years. My husband, Bill (Class of ’76), and I have been married 28 years and we have two wonderful daughters...
Our oldest daughter, Kaitlyn, is 19 and a junior at SDSU. She is working on a Criminal Justice major with a minor in Arabic. She is in the Army ROTC scholarship program and will commission as an officer when she graduates. Afterwards she hopes to make it into the Aviation branch in order to train as a helicopter pilot.
Our youngest daughter, Kelsey, is 14 and will be a sophomore at Steele Canyon High School. She is an athlete who is on the volleyball, basketball, and track teams. She is currently preparing to go on a mission trip this summer to Tanzania with the Shadow Mountain Church high school group.
My husband is a San Diego Police Motor Sergeant and has been with the SDPD since 1979. He hopes to safely retire within the next five years. I’ve been working for the City of San Diego for almost twenty years. During that time I’ve been a Police Code Compliance Officer for the Vice Unit, a City Attorney Investigator in the Civil Litigation Unit and currently I am the Senior City Attorney Investigator for the City’s Ethics Commission where I investigate violations of the local election laws, conflict of interest laws, and lobbying laws.
I am looking forward to visiting with everyone at the reunion. |
