Not long after graduation I married Victor McBride (coming up on 29 years – eek!). No, he didn’t go to school with us. …it only seems like you’ve known him that long.

I graduated from SDSU with a degree in Public Administration (oh so many years ago...). Victor is a sales engineer. Over the years I have worked with Victor, on and off, in the HVAC engineering design field. Also, we owned a store for a couple of years.

We live near Ramona, in San Diego Country Estates (home of famous wild fires). The first one came close (within a hundred feet). We love the natural beauty and hate the long drive into town.

My most enjoyable activities over the years have been spending time with my nieces (Julie’s two daughters), flying paragliders with Victor and spending time with kids encouraging them to “Reach for the stars!” through my projects, “Women With Wings” and “Girls can fly too!”.  I started riding mountain bikes about a year ago. Anyone up for a little ride?
