Mike & Stacy (Hollenbeck) Atkinson

Mike and Stacy were married January 10, 1981. They have 8 children and live in La Mesa.

Mike is the Internet Marketing Director at Graphic Business Solutions in El Cajon. He's been working on the Internet since 1994, and in magazine publishing before that. He also periodically consults with Christian ministries on their Internet intiatives. He worked for nine years as the director of Al Menconi's ministry in the '80s. He is also very active with their church, Community Covenant Church in El Cajon, doing worship service media, webmaster, and helping with the youth groups.

Stacy is busy enough on the Mom front, and has also been a very serious quilter for over a couple years. She works part time at Quilter's Connection in El Cajon. She also sings in their church's choir and various ensembles at their church.

Mike and Stacy are active members in the Christian High School Class of 1978 (Plumeria are the beautiful, fragrant flowers of the Hawaiian lei) and grow them as a hobby.

The kids:

Chris (26) and and his wife live in Santee. He's an estimator for a commercial plumbing company and will start attending SDSU to finish his business management degree.

Brian (24) and his wife live in La Mesa. He's been a Marine for 5 and a half years. His home base is Miramar and has been deployed to Iraq four times. In 2006 they lost a son to anencephaly,, who died in childbirth.

Tiffany (22) lives in El Cajon, working as a restaurant hostess and attends Cuyamaca College to be a preschool teacher.

Steven (20) lives with the folks, is the assistant general manager of the Jamba Juice in Santee, and is attending Grossmont College.

Jeremy & Joshua (18) are seniors at Granite Hills and will be attending California Baptist University in Riverside on water polo scholarships.

Tim (16) is a sophomore at Granite Hills, plays water polo, and helps in the junior high group at church.

Heather (14) is in 8th grade at Hillsdale Middle School and loves to swim.
