Kim Bell: Read her update

Leslee Allen: I can't tell you how much I'd love to attend the reunion.....but not only do I live in the upper-north region of Montana (bumping up to Canada), I have just been diagnosed with cancer and had surgery.  Please have a TERRIFIC reunion, and please remember me in your prayers. Thanks and God Bless the Class of '78!

Audrey (Hurst) Jones: In January 2008 Audrey's husband, Kerry, had a stroke. His left side was badly affected, but he is recovering.

Here's a note from her husband Kerry: Really sorry we can't attend. Obviously my recovering from a stroke has gotten in the way of this reunion. Audrey has not the energy (or patience) to get me into airplanes or through airports. You all should be proud of her, she's one tough woman And has done well through this.

Cindi Nickey: I was in the midst of Hodkins at this time back in 1988.  But now I am now in 15 years of full remmission.  I am healthy and living a great life now.

It is with a heavy heart that I inform you that one of Jody Simonson's twin boys (Kyle) was tragically killed in an auto accident earlier this week.

Funeral arrangements have been made for Friday June 13 at 10am in Lemore, California, details will follow once I get them and for those who reply to this email. Please remember Jody, his Wife Lenore and their two Son's Shaun and John Trevor in your prayers these next few days.

From the Fresno Bee: On Sunday, two men died after Ciro Doroteo, 24, of Kettleman City drove 90 to 95 mph north on Highway 41 about 8:30 p.m. and tried to pass another car, officials said. Doroteo's car slammed head-on with a 1998 Toyota driven by Kyle Simonson of Lemoore, officials said. The two drivers died at the scene.
